Viewing Employee Work History

The Work History screen helps dispatchers understand the work type history of an employee. This screen displays the last pieces of work performed by an employee for a work type.

All work before the system date is shown. The dates set in the Context have no affect on this feature.
  1. Open the Employee Profile screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. Select an employee.
  3. Select Work History.

    Work History

    The Comments column shows the number of days since the work was completed.
