Creating Volunteer Records

Create volunteer records to define when and where employees are available for volunteer assignments.

  1. Open the Employee Profile screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. Select an employee record.
  3. Select Volunteer.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • To add a new volunteer, in the detail view, right-click and select Add New Record.
    • To add a volunteer based on an existing record, select the record in the list view, click in the detail view, and select Clone Record: Clone Record
  5. Enter the date range for the volunteer record in the From Date and To Date fields.
  6. Select a Volunteer Type.
    Volunteer types valid for the date range are listed.
  7. In Week Template, select the days the employee is available as a volunteer.
  8. Required: Select the Available Regions where the employee can act as a volunteer.
  9. Optional: Enter any Comments.
  10. Select Save.
