Canceling Selected Trips in a Piece of Work
Trips can be canceled in a piece of work as needed.
- Open the Daily Activity screen and set the Context (F3).
- Select the piece of work for which to cancel trips.

Select Cancel or Resume Service:

Select Cancel Trips.
The Cancel Trips dialog appears. The Available Trips pane shows all trips in the piece of work. The Canceled checkbox is selected for any trips that have already been canceled.
- Optional: To see a trip’s locations and times, select the trip in the Available Trips pane. Trip locations and times appear in the Nodes of trip pane.
- In the Available Trips pane, select the trip or trips to cancel. To select multiple adjacent trips, hold down the Shift key while selecting the trips. To select multiple trips that aren't adjacent, hold down the Ctrl key while selecting the trips.
- In the Canceled Reasons list, select a reason for canceling the trip.
- Select Cancel Selected Trips.
