Resuming All Canceled Trips in a Piece of Work

All canceled trips within a piece of work can be resumed at one time, if needed.

When you resume canceled service, the system also resumes any block that was canceled with the service. If the same vehicle can be assigned to the split block pieces that resulted from the service cancellation, the pieces of the block are merged. If the same vehicle can't be assigned to all split block pieces, the block pieces aren't merged, but the piece of the block associated with the resumed service is resumed.
  1. Open the Daily Activity screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. Select the piece of work with all its trips canceled.
  3. Select Cancel or Resume Service: Cancel or Resume Service
  4. Select Resume All Trips.
    If the block can't be merged because more than one vehicle is now assigned to the block pieces, a message appears at the bottom of the dialog.
  5. Select Resume Service.
