Creating Behavioral Infractions

Behavioral infractions are manually created by system users.

Before you begin

Open the Service Infractions module to the Cases tab.

About this task

After a behavioral case is created, you can start creating infractions to record unacceptable client behavior.

Procedure

  1. Select the case card for the case to associated with the behavioral infraction.
  2. In the Infractions group, click Create.
  3. Select an Occurrence Date.
Infractions for behavioral cases must occur in the past. Only today's date or earlier dates can be selected from the calendar.
  4. Click the Trip ID list.
Trip IDs associated with a performed trip for the selected date and client are listed. If you do not see the Trip ID here, you may need to investigate further using PASS. If the infraction is not associated with a Trip ID, you can leave this field blank.
  5. Select a Behavior Type.
Behavior types are created by a system administrator on the Policies tab.
  6. Type a Description.
The description can be seen on the case card.
    For example, Spat on driver.
  7. Click OK.
