Creating Client Behavioral Cases
Behavioral cases must be manually created before infractions can be added.
Before you begin
About this task
Behavioral cases can only be deleted if they are in the Initial stage.
Procedure
- On the Cases tab, select the policy to be used.
- On the ribbon, in the Cases group, click Create.

Type the Client Name or Client ID number.
The creation date is automatically populated with the current date.
- Type a Description.

Click OK.
A confirmation message appears.
- Click OK.
