About Training Classes

Trapeze OPS enables you to create training classes and assign attendees.

Using the OPS Training Classes screen you can create classes, assign attendees to those classes, and then grant certifications. The system does the following:

Creates casual extra work records that represents the employee training.
Assigns the specified employees to the training class extra work.
Creates certifications for the employees
Opens work assigned to the employees at the time of the training class.
