Setting Employee Volunteer Status

Employee volunteer status can be set in the Employee Volunteer Status Entry screen.

The OPS > Employee Volunteer Status Entry > View security permission must be granted to see the Employee Volunteer Status Entry screen.
Employee volunteer status can also be added in the Employee Profile - Volunteer screen.
  1. Open the Employee Volunteer Status Entry screen.
  2. Set the Context (F3) for the required Agency, Division, and Volunteer Types.
    Only the selected Volunteer Types are visible on the screen, even if other volunteer types were previously selected.
  3. In the Employee field, use the Fast Find feature to select the employee whose status should be set.
  4. On the days to make the employee a volunteer, select the volunteer types to assign.
    Select marked volunteer types to clear the check mark and remove the employee from the list for that date.
  5. Select Apply Changes.
The employee's volunteer record is updated. You can confirm updates it in the Employee Profile - Volunteer screen.
