Rolling Out Eligibility Rule Changes to All Clients

With the administrative unit functionality, you can apply any eligibility rule changes made to the Master Client record to all clients associated with a Master Client record.

About this task

The clients attached to the same administrative unit with which the Master Client Record is associated are affected by the same eligibility rule changes.

The data that is affected by a rollout rule change are specified in the Roll Out Fields list of the Administrative Unit ancillary data dialog box (click File > Ancillary Data > Para > Organizations > Administrative Units). Only selected fields are affected by a rollout rule change.

Procedure

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Click Task > Clients.
    • Click the Clients button:
      The Clients button.
    Client Registration appears.
  2. Select a master client record.
  3. Click the Eligibility tab.
  4. Change existing or add new eligibility conditions
  5. Highlight the eligibility condition to which you want to make a change.
    The change is rolled out to other clients.
  6. Click the Adm. Unit Rules Rollout button.
