Creating Master Client Records
Before you can create and use administrative units, you must create a Master Client record where eligibility rules common to a group of clients can be defined.
About this task
Creating a Master Client record for administrative units follows the same process as creating an ordinary client record.
Procedure
- Do one of the following:
- Click .
- Click the Clients button:

Client Registration appears. - Create a new client record.

Label this master client record with a name that identifies the group of clients
associated with it.
Use both First name and Last name fields for this purpose. Take note of the client ID of the Master Record; you will need it to create Administrative Units.
- Click the Eligibility tab.
- Set up eligibility conditions and rules for the Master Client record.
- Click the Save button.
- Create the administrative units that are associated with the Master Client Record.
