Moving a Client to Another Security Group

You can move a client, including the Master Client, from one security group to another.

About this task

This transfers the ability to edit eligibility rules for a client or a group of clients (if the Master Client is moved) from one set of users to another.

Procedure

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Click Task > Clients.
    • Click the Clients button:
      The Clients button.
    Client Registration appears.
  2. Select the client record to move to another security group.
  3. On the Eligibility tab, click the Move To New Sec. Group button.
    The Select Sec. Group dialog box appears.
  4. Select a security group.
  5. Click OK.
