Associating Clients with Administrative Units

After the Master Client record and the administrative unit are created, you must associate the Master Client and other client records with the administrative unit.

About this task

This action associates the clients with the Master Client record where eligibility rules for the group are stored.

Procedure

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Click Task > Clients.
    • Click the Clients button:
      The Clients button.
    Client Registration appears.
  2. Select a client record.
  3. Click the Detail tab.
  4. In the Adm. Unit list, click the administrative unit you want to associate with this client.
    The Adm. Unit list with EY selected.
  5. Click the Save button:
    Diskette.
  6. Repeat this procedure for the Master Client and any other clients to whom you want to assign similar eligibility conditions and rules.
