Work Assignment Profile Parameters
Parameters can be set for each work assignment profile, specifying how that profile functions.

| Allow Manual Assignment During First Pass | If selected, Work Assignment Assistant allows manual assignments during the first pass. |
| Assign All Work Option Restricted to Single Pass | If selected this feature is restricted to only one pass of the assignment process. |
| Assign Each Piece of a Multi Piece Run Together | If selected, pieces of a multi-piece run can't be assigned separately. |
| Automatically Assign When Next Button Clicked | If selected, the Work Assignment Assistant automatically assigns open work when the Next button is selected. |
| Automatically Split Standby Work | If selected, operators are removed from the standby list when they're assigned to runs. |
| Consider Complete Work Only | If selected, the Work Assignment Assistant only considers complete work. |
| Default Cancel Service Reason | Specifies the reason to be used as the default reason when canceling a service. |
| Filter Non-relief Pieces | Used only if the work has two pieces. If selected, the work is included for assignment only if both pieces are relief. |
| Hour Limit for Pre-Assigned Employees Method | Specifies the time to be used to determine the hour limit for preassigned employees. |
| Include Absent Employees | If selected, employees with partial day absences are included in the Work Assignment Assistant process and can be assigned work where applicable. |
| Include Pre-Assigned Extraboard Operators | If selected, extraboard operators with assignments are included in the Work Assignment Assistant process. |
| Previous Day Absence Group | Specifies the group of absences after which operators can't be assigned work if the property is selected. |
| Restrict assignment if not available on Prev Day | If selected, work can't be assigned to operators who are absent on the previous day with an absence type specified by the property. |
| Use Employee Work Preferences | If selected, the Work Assignment Assistant considers employee work preferences when assigning work. |
| Work Assignment Rule Violation Method | Specifies which thresholds must be violated for a work assignment rule violation to occur. |
