OPS Incident Types
OPS Incident Types ancillary data defines subcategories of accidents, employee incidents, and general incidents. For example, accident types could include preventable and non-preventable accidents.
Incident types can be linked to performance types using the Performance Type Group field.
Access to specific fields in each incident type is controlled by the Incident Column Group specified in the Group Code field.

| Allow Associated | If selected, incidents of this type may have associated incidents. |
| Allow Customer Feedback |
If selected, incidents of this type can be linked to Feedback in Trapeze COM and COM can create incidents of this type. |
| Allow Dependent | If selected, incidents of this type may have dependent incidents. |
| Comments | Additional information about the incident type. |
| Default Performance Value | Default number of performance points associated with the incident type. |
| Description | Description of the incident type. |
| Effective From Date | Date the incident type can is usable. |
| Effective To Date | Date the incident type can no longer be used. |
| Employee Required | If selected, an employee must be included when reporting the incident. |
| Employee Type Group | Employee Types ancillary group to which the incident type can apply. |
| Group Code | GroupCode from OPS Incident Column Group ancillary data that specifies field access levels for this incident type. |
| Incident Sub Type | Subcategory of the incident or accident. For example, accident subtypes could be Preventable or Unavoidable. Employee incident and work incident subtypes could be names of rules that employees could violate. |

| Map-based Location Required | If selected, when entering an incident of this type, you must geocode the incident location on a map. |
| New Incident Distribution List | Distribution list of email addresses that receives notification when incidents
of this type are created or when the type of an existing incident is changed to this
type. Available only when OPS Work Assignment Notifications is installed. |
| Performance Type Group | Performance Types ancillary group associated with the incident type. |
| Preventable | If selected, the incident type is considered a preventable incident. |
| Rep. Group | Reporting group associated with the incident type. Groups are defined in Reporting Groups ancillary data when Incidents is defined in the Context (F3). Only incident types associated with a reporting group appear on the OPS Spatial Analysis map. |
| Status Change Distribution List | Distribution list of email addresses that receives notification when the Closed
status for incidents of this type changes. Available only when OPS Work Assignment Notifications is installed. |
| Veh. Required | If selected, a vehicle must be included when reporting the incident. |
| Work Info Required | If selected, work information must be included when reporting the incident. For example, work name. |
