Employee Types
Employee Types ancillary data defines types of employees, such as bus operators, mechanics, and parts clerks.
It specifies information such as whether employees earn salaries, are supervisors, are part-time, or are included in generated lists for drug and alcohol testing.

| Bid Sequence Adjustment Value | Number used to control the order of employees in bids by employee type.
Employees appear in bids in numerical order by seniority number plus the bid sequence adjustment value for their employee type. Bid sequence adjustment values enable employees with specific types (for example, full-time operators) to appear before employees with other types (for example, part-time operators), even if they have lower seniority. |
| Bid Unit Name | Default bid unit for this employee type. If a bid unit isn't defined for an employee with this employee type, the system automatically assigns this bid unit to the employee when a day is activated. |

| Division Group | Division associated with the employee type. |
| Employee Type | Name of the employee type. |
| Employee Type Id | Integer that uniquely identifies the employee type. |
| Job Class | Job class associated with the employee type. |
| Labor Acct | General ledger account where labor costs for this employee type are allocated. |
| Part Time | If selected, employees with this employee type are part-time. |
| Safety Sensitive | If selected, employees with this employee type are eligible to be added to employee lists for random drug and alcohol testing. |
| Salaried | If selected, employees with this employee type earn salaries. |
| Supervisor | If selected, employees with this employee type are supervisors. |
| Weekly Week Hours | Working hours per week for this employee type. The value can be an integer (for example, 40) or non-integer (for example, 37.5). |
