OPS Perfect Attendance Matrix ancillary data defines employee types eligible for awards, criteria that must be met for employees to accrue awards, and monetary amounts or additional hours that are awarded.

| Amount | Monetary value awarded to the employee for meeting the MinDays and MaxDays criteria. |
| Bonus Time | Time given as bonus when eligible employees meet the Min Days and Max Days thresholds. Bonus Time is typically defined in hours. |
| Division Group | Divisions ancillary group eligible for the award. |
| Employee Type Group | Employee Types ancillary group to which this award
applies. You can create different award levels for different employee types. |
| Max Days | Maximum number of days that an employee can be absent during the time range
defined in the Rule Type field to qualify for the award.
For example, if an employee’s attendance must be 100% to be eligible for the award, then the Min Days value and the Max Days value must both be 0 (zero). |
