Employee Status Types

Employee Status Types ancillary data defines employee status types. For example, active, inactive, probation, and transferred.

For each employee status type, use the Active checkbox to indicate whether employees are considered active. More than on employee status type can be active at a time. For example, Active can be selected for both Active and Probation statuses.

When setting Context in the Daily Activity screen, you can choose to see only active employees (employees with statuses where the Active checkbox is selected).

Field Description
Abbreviation Abbreviation for the status type.
Active If selected, employees with the status type are active.
Description Description of the status type.
Status Type Integer that uniquely identifies the status type.
