OPS Job Classes

OPS Job Classes ancillary data defines specifications for employee job classes, including costing allocation.

Field Description
BidGroup Sequence Sequence for the bid group.
Description Description of the job class.
Division Group Divisions ancillary group used for filtering employee job classes.
Job Class Unique job class identifier.
Job Class Abbr Abbreviation for the job class.
Labor Acct General ledger account where labor costs for this job class are allocated.

If you are using cost allocation, then this is the default labor account.

Rank Specifies the relationship of one job class with another.

This is used to determine which job class gets applied. The higher rank gets applied.

Work Assignment Action Defines the logic for determining which job class to use.
