Employee Self-Service Parameters

Employee Self-Service Parameters ancillary data lets system administrators to configure property settings for different parts of the interface based on division and employee type.

These settings override the Employee Self-Service default configuration for employees matching the specified division and employee type.

Applies to the Employee Self-Service and OPS-Web add-on modules.
Note: Currently, these parameters include all listed Self-Service properties. Only some of those properties apply to Employee Self-Service. For a more accurate properties list, see the Employee Self-Service Employee Information System Administrator and User Guide.

Field Description
Description Description of the Employee Self-Service parameter group.
Division Division which forms a unique combination with an employee type.
Employee Type Employee type that forms an unique combination with a division.
GroupId System-generated identifier for the parameter group.

Field Description
Name OPS > Self-Service properties (defined in the Properties screen).
Value Depending on the selected property, a checkbox or list of options appears.
