Payroll Codes

Payroll Codes ancillary data defines payroll codes used and exported by your corporate payroll system.

Your agency might have individual pay codes for a shift. For example, separate codes for report time, platform time, and clear time. These pay codes can be consolidated into a payroll code defined as REG (regular pay). Payroll codes are associated with pay codes in the Pay Codes ancillary data screen (the Payroll Code field is mandatory).

Note: New ancillary records that added using Payroll Codes ancillary data aren't reflected in the Calculate Timekeeping screen. Contact your Trapeze representative to arrange timekeeping configuration services.
