Allowance Types ancillary data defines the types of subsidies granted to employees. For example, money for uniforms or tools.

Field	Description
Adjustable	If selected, employees can accrue the allowance and carry over balances from previous periods or calendar years. If cleared, employees can't carry over balances from previous periods or calendar years when the regular allowance is granted.
Allowance Type	Short name or identifier of the allowance type.
Description	Description of the allowance type.
