About Ancillary Data
Ancillary data is configured specifically for your transit agency and defines a lot of what you see in Trapeze OPS.
Allowance Types
Allowance Types ancillary data defines the types of subsidies granted to employees. For example, money for uniforms or tools.
Allowance Subtypes
Allowance Subtypes ancillary data define items with specific values that are associated with allowance types. For example, jacket and cap allowance subtypes could be associated with a uniform allowance type.

Field	Description
Allowance Subtype	Allowance subtype name or identifier. This appears in the Employee Profile - Allowances screen as an Item for the Allowance Type.
Allowance Type	Allowance type associated with the allowance subtype.
Cost	Cost of the allowance subtype item.
Description	Description of the allowance subtype.
