Extra Pay Reasons
Extra Pay Reasons ancillary data defines reasons why employees might receive extra pay. For example, bad weather, heavy traffic, and mechanical problems.
You can classify extra pay reasons into ancillary groups and associate these groups with extra pay types. For example, you could create a late pull-in Extra Pay Reasons ancillary group that includes traffic, weather and mechanical reasons for pulling in late. You could then associate this group with a delay extra pay type. This would let you choose the delay extra pay type and any of the late pull-in group extra pay reasons when assigning extra pay to an operator.
