Performance Penalty

Performance Penalty ancillary data relates performance severities to performance types.

Define Performance Severity ancillary data and Performance Types ancillary data before defining performance penalties.

Field	Description
Auto Process	Read-only. If selected, the Admin Action defined for the associated Severity (in Performance Severity ancillary data) will automatically be applied. Auto Process selection is defined in Admin Action Types ancillary data using the Automatically Process option. Auto processing is defined in Properties under OPS > Workforce Management > Performance > Automatic Process Service. To see performance-related logs, in the OPS Process Log screen, set the Context (F3) to Performance Monitor and select a From Date and To Date.
Charge From	Start of the range to which the penalty applies. If the Performance Type Calculation Method is Hours-based, the Charge From value is measured in hours.
Charge To	End of the range to which the penalty applies. If the Performance Type Calculation Method is Hours-based, the Charge To value is measured in hours.
Performance Type	Performance Types ancillary data value associated with this performance penalty.
Rule Sequence	Sequential identifier.
Severity	Performance Severity ancillary data value associated with this performance penalty.
Severity Color	Color associated with this performance penalty. The color is read from Performance Severity ancillary data, based on the Severity field value for this performance penalty.
Time	Number of time units used for the penalty.
Time Units	Time unit. For example, day or month.
