Action	Menu Items
Create ancillary data records.	Add New
Clone ancillary data records. (This is available for most, but not all, ancillary data screens.)	Select a record and click in the detail view. Select Clone Record:
Edits ancillary data records.	Edit
Replaces ancillary data.	Edit > Replace
Deletes ancillary data records. When an ancillary data type is deleted, records associated with the deleted data in the ancillary groups and pay accessory groups are also deleted.	Delete
