Pay Grid ancillary data defines pay rates for specific time periods and job classes, and for employees with different step progression and longevity dates.

Pay Grid ancillary data defines pay rates for specific time periods and job classes, and for employees with different step progression and longevity dates.

OPS > Pay Rate Calculation properties specify whether pay rates are affected by employee Step Progression and Longevity dates.

Table 1. Pay Grid Ancillary Data
Field	Description
Flag	Pay rate type: Regular. The Pay Rate specifies a base employee pay rate. Longevity. The Pay Rate or Rate Factor specifies an hourly increase due to length of service.
From Date	Start date for the rule.
Job Class	Identifier for the job class..
Months	Minimum number of months of service required following the Step Progression or Longevity date to be eligible for this pay rate or factor.
Pay Rate	Pay rate for employees in this job class and with the specified minimum number of months of service.
Rate Factor	Percentage pay rate increase for employees due to length of service, if applicable.
To Date	End date for the rule.
