Adding Access Levels to Missing Columns

Add access level information for incident columns as needed.

  1. On the OPS Incident Column Groups ancillary data screen, select Add Missing Columns: Add Missing Columns

  2. In New Group, enter the name of the new incident column group.
  3. Select the Table for the group.
  4. Select the Access Level.
  5. From the Missing Columns list, select the columns to add.
  6. Select the > button.
    Columns are added to the Existing Columns list.
  7. Repeat the process starting at step 3 until all the tables are done.
  8. Select Close.
