Assigning Employees to a Group

Use the Employee Groups ancillary data screen to assign employees to groups. Only used for adding rotas.

Employee Groups ancillary data is no longer used in Trapeze OPS, except for adding rotas. To create employee groups for other purposes, use Employee Supervisory Groups ancillary data.
  1. Open the Employee Groups screen.
  2. In the left pane, select the group to which to add employees.
  3. Click in the right pane.
  4. In the screen toolbar, select Add Employee to Group: Add Employee To Group
    The Select Employees dialog appears.
    Select Employees
  5. Enter the following criteria:
    1. Ref Date. Select the date as of which to find employees.
    2. Division. Select the divisions of the employees to find.
    3. Employee Type. Select the types of employee to find.
    4. Employee Status Type. Select the status type of employees to find.
  6. Select Load Employee List.
    The Employee List pane is filled with the employees who match your criteria.
  7. Select the employees to add.
  8. Select Add Employees.
