Entering Labor Cost Allocations for a Run or Piece of Extra Work

Run costs can be allocated to labor cccounts on a percentage basis.

  1. Open the Runs Display screen.
  2. Select Context (F3).
  3. Fill in the required information:
    1. Agency. Select the agency for which to view runs.
    2. Sign Up. Select the sign-up period for which to view runs.
    3. Division(s). Select the divisions for which to view runs.
    4. Date or ServiceGroup. Select a Date or select Show All Versions and select the groups to view from the ServiceGroup list.
  4. Select OK.
  5. Select a run or piece of extra work.
  6. Select Cost Allocation: Cost Allocation
    1. Select a From Date and To Date covering the range of the cost allocation.
    2. Optional: Type a Comment.
    3. Select the Labor Acct for the cost.
    4. Enter a Description.
    5. Enter the percentage of the cost allocation.
    6. Select OK.
