Accrual Calendar

Accrual calendars define accrual calendar years or custom time periods.

Accrual calendars are defined in Accrual Types ancillary data. To define accrual calendars, select an accrual type and an Accrual Calendar Method. In the screen toolbar, select Accrual Calendar: Accrual Calendar

After they're defined, accrual calendar years are available in the Accrual Year list in the Employee Profile - Absences screen in the details. This list only shows active accrual years. For example, if the employee is entitled to five days in sick absences in 2022, select that accrual calendar year to record the absence. If you have several accrual calendars that overlap, select the appropriate calendar year for the absence.
