Editing Accrual Balance Ancillary Data
Edit employee accrual balances from Accrual Balance ancillary data as needed.
- Open the Accrual Balance ancillary data screen.

Open and set the Context (F3).
- Select the Accrual Type to view. For example, vacation time.
- Specify the To Date to which the accrual balances are valid.
- Select the Division(s) for which to view accrual balances.
- Select the Employee Type(s) for which to view accrual balances.
- Select the Status types(s) for which to view accrual balances.
- Select OK.

In the left pane, select the employee whose accrual information you want to
edit.
If no employee record exists, right-click and select Add New Record.
- Edit the fields in the detail view (the right pane).
- Select Save.
