Editing Accrual Balance Ancillary Data

Edit employee accrual balances from Accrual Balance ancillary data as needed.

You can also see (but not edit) accrual balance information in the Employee Profile - Accrual Balance screen.
  1. Open the Accrual Balance ancillary data screen.
  2. Open and set the Context (F3).
    1. Select the Accrual Type to view. For example, vacation time.
    2. Specify the To Date to which the accrual balances are valid.
    3. Select the Division(s) for which to view accrual balances.
    4. Select the Employee Type(s) for which to view accrual balances.
    5. Select the Status types(s) for which to view accrual balances.
    6. Select OK.
  3. In the left pane, select the employee whose accrual information you want to edit.
    If no employee record exists, right-click and select Add New Record.
  4. Edit the fields in the detail view (the right pane).
  5. Select Save.
Updated accrual balance information is seen in the Employee Profile - Accrual Balance screen.
